Kinda broken. I feel like the playerbase got even worse since Arbites dropped. I see full Judge lobbies carried by their character up to Havoc 25-30ish.
When I'm among them, I see they're making the absolute worst decisions and still be alive at the end of it. High Havoc is so powercrept that the only way to filter them is to throw two bosses + captain. I'm still having fun, but the balance issues are obvious and baffling.

Very good but a bit boring due to lack of interesting class specific weapons. I just want FS to rework the zealot perk tree so that I can go back to playing zealot. Psyker and veteran need some buffs. Ogryn is still OP.

Pretty busted. A good Arbites can stomp out auric maelstroms and high havocs without a sweat. Shitters can get carried to Auric with their dog, a million damage buffs and toughness regen. It honestly made quickplay unusable cause you can't get a match without having at least 2 Arbites on your team.

High havocs are a meme. You have a bunch of meta builds and if you don't adhere to them you lose by default. Just stick with auric maelstroms if you don't want to start hating the game.

Unlike most of the retards here I actually host Havoc 40s and Arbites is broken as hell. The mouth breathers who think Auric Maelstroms are challenging can throw on a mediocre Arbites build and be OK in 40s. If you're actually good at the game and play Arbites? It's not even fun he steamrolls so hard. He's immune to grabs, has a shotgun that's an AoE sniper rifle, stun locks every horde and puts out top boss damage and horde damage while also having an invincibility button every 30 seconds. The class fucking regenerates from WALKING and he does all of this while a quarter of his talents don't even work.

Good question. I don't know, I haven't heard of any recent additions like that, so it's possible... But it probably also depends on who discoveres them, a more pragmatic Inquisitor/Chapter/Whatever might just accept the fact they're Imperium compliant, especially with the new additions to the lore, Imperium is very strained with the galaxy being split.

Is the game still poorly optimized and lacking content? I haven't look much into it for 2 years, at launch I remember a serious lack of content and optimization, is the game better now?

They seem too good, compared to how they've balanced other classes and weapons. Their shotgun is really show a shotgun should feel, it and the Kickback are the only good ones. The combat shotgun is pretty shit.
I like the Arch-militant style "ranged buffs melee, melee buffs ranged" capstone but the rest just don't feel all that interesting. I'd rather just play Psyker or Ogryn, so I do.

lol that's a dogshit perk and you don't know what you're talking about. You cannot make good use of the buffs unless you use certain ranged weapon with high rate of fire such as shredder autopistol.

The shotguns are specifically made for it, to let you get a lot of stacks in one shot. It's still the only interesting perk they have, the others being Psykers highlight enemies to kill, or ogryns buff your defense.

there is one mark of the executioner shotgun which could possibly benefit from it but still you're wasting your ammo firing into trash mobs, trading off damage for spread. The capstone is so bad, next time keep track of your ranged, melee justice stacks and see how awful it is but yea, the capstones are all boring or awful. I don't like the lackluster arsenal for arbites as well. Once they nerf this class, it would be terrible to play.
