Unless it's some niche and precisely stated convention like Shmup or Firefly/Serenity, you won't find anything good there. It's all too commercialized and corporate now.

Gachas are the final form of videogames and will replace and infect every one of your favorite genres as well. They are the perfect genre to appeal to lonely autistic addiction-prone men, prime prey for hyper capitalist corporations that now rule the industry. Gachas are going to completely take over the hobby. I imagine by 2050 70% or more of mainstream western games will be considered gacha.
