Most of that stuff has already been in the game, as narratives dripfed over years in lore drops and archaeology paper scraps and Dark Souls item descriptions. Rhinedottir finding Naberius' heart was in the game since 1.1 for example, a lot of the stuff is recontextualized later but it's always been there.
Except most casual players aren't lorefags and their eyes would go blank if you mentioned Gurabad, and the devs acknowledged it in the Nod Krai reveal trailer, so they split Snezhnaya into two years to spoonfeed lore directly to players that don't know it otherwise it'd make no sense.

What if Sandrone established the AG as a huge spynetwork that works all across teyvat and uses adventurers to gather information for them about all sorts of things. Ruins, Hilichurls ect.
The thing that dosent add up is why they send you to fight fatui then, but Sandrone might just do a little trolling.

I've seen leaks saying that this is some massive turning point for the game and things from now on are going to have way higher production quality, is this true? because the last 3 regions have just been so underwhelming to me, even Fontaine which people loved because of Furina, she's literally the only good thing to come out of that place in my opinion, the rest is just the same as the others. I want stuff like Enkanomiya and Sangonomiya again, places that actually make you impressed with how beautiful they look, Fontaine,Sumeru and Natlan are just so ugly in comparison

the problem with my theory is that there is not much proof (yet) other than sandy kinda looks like kathryn and the fact that the AG is from sneednaya. Its also possible that they write it in a way where they dont have anything to do with each other wich would be lame. The AG is a totally legitimate organization but it almost certainly pulls double duty as a surveillance apparatus.
Allowing commissions that target Fatui would be a vital part of maintaining kayfabe and it wouldn’t be the first they sacrificed some guys to achieve something like all those guys in the chasm

There's always been tons of random plot hooks littered throughout the optional portions of the game (and half of them were abandoned) but only five years into the game's lifespan did Hoyo realise that a majority of their audience neither know nor care about those things and thus aren't privy to the same knowledge as the developers and writers who've had a somewhat general idea for where they wanted the game to go
The downside is that a lot of the backstory material ultimately just can be dismissed as wiki fuel since the actual main story presented to the player doesn't touch on it beyond making the occasional reference to something most players wouldn't know about in the first place if they hadn't read another player's comment about it online

Anyway the production quality comment in that alleged 'leak' was unfortunately in regards to cinematics, both ingame ones and teasers/trailers for external platforms like >>716503198 so I would not expect it to translate into the in-game areas if that's what you're curious about. If the most recent volcano area is of any indication, however, you should probably expect the future areas to be more cinematic in the sense that they'll indirectly try to nudge you towards some vista where you can overlook the general area or admire some setpieces they've placed specifically to make it look cool rather than something like Enkanomiya that's more of an atmospheric and somber area despite a majority of it just being a gray ruin

I think there's only like two or three weapons you get through quests, most of the non-banner ones are crafted instead
You unlock the recipes at blacksmiths in the various cities
