Remove every single champion that was added after Yasuo (and Yasuo).

Removing vanguard is obviously the thing that has to happen first for any of this to matter, but on top of that I would consider playing it again if they stopped forcing a lane meta and let things be more freeform like dota is. Also add more cute yordle boys

Remove flash from the game. Remove or greatly increase the cooldown of all dashes from champion kits that are not fundamental (i.e. lee sin's ward hop) to the character. readd twisted treeline and more unique maps other than le summoners rift de_dust2 syndrome. obviously summoner's rift has to stay but the other maps can rotate each season based on the least played map rotating out
