You're not playing against a billion heavies, though. The character distribution on ranked clearly favors midweight characters (Clairen, Olympia, and Zetterburn) and Orcane. Kragg is the most common heavy, while Loxodont is somewhat common.
If you're talking about when the character releases then yeah, just don't play for two weeks.
