It's really not a good look for this games future that instead of fun or interesting characters they've gone from Phoenix to Blade.
Who the fuck wants to play either of those generic ass movesets when Modok and Hit Monkey are in the files.

In Rivals, Hela seems to be sibling to Thor and Loki like in the MCU, but still actual Queen of the Dead like in the comics, this also makes her a sibling to Angela, Odin's firstborn. Obviously kin could refer to Thor, but Iron Fist's lore entry also established Odin's youngest child Laussa, an infant, is being sheltered in the Eighth City, and Angela had a major story in the comics involving Laussa, so that seems like a likely entry point, she comes to the city looking for Laussa and for retribution against Hela, since they loosely draw a lot on recent stories, like Krakoa or the King in Black.

Angela had a major storyline revolving around her abducting Laussa from Asgard, but because the baby was being possessed by Surtur and she was trying to purge it. I wouldn't expect a direct adaptation of that, Rivals just takes loose inspiration from recent stories, mainly for general settings or characters used, but introducing Angela via a story with her infant sister would be very in line with how they've loosely adapted other stories like Blood Hunt.

The issue has been that her helmet is part of her hitbox so her skins need to have horns of some kind to match it. That's a whole lot smaller so maybe they've figured some workarounds, but I don't know that she's getting a full helmetless costume any time soon.

In any case, Hit-Monkey only recently had an R rated cartoon, and Paste-Pot Peter is better known as Trapster and has been in plenty of video game and cartoon adaptations of Marvel, as a foe of the F4, especially Johnny. They're arguably less obscure than Luna Snow.

I had an idea for Juggy, reposting it:
Left click - punching combo
"Melee" button - headbutt
1st skill - Charge with wind up, the more you wind up, the further he goes and bigger the damage he deals. Stops on first collision with an enemy.
2nd skill - Shout that does a little damage and silences enemies in a moderate aoe.
Ultimate - After he dies, he just comes back with full hp and with invulnerability for some time.
Passive - After killing an enemy he gets 1s of invulnerability, most flair but could be funny. Alternatively maybe a meter like Reed and he gains a few seconds of invulnerability when it fills.

It's fine, nothing crazy. You'll sometimes get ridiculous 4 DPS/2 healer teams on QP but that's fairly rare.
The main issue with the game is how it pairs you with people because you will get complete steamroll games or you will steamroll and it's very unlikely to get a reasonably neutral game in terms of difficulty. Most of the time you're rolling or getting rolled with no way to stop it unless you suddenly have four people who have played their characters for 50+ hours switch to the right counter picks.

For the 1st skill that seems pretty anti-juggs. Maybe instead the control is limited but it drags the enemy with him, can do multiple ones, and gains bonus damage if he hits a wall with them in the front.

Other thing for your moveset, he needs some way to get in your face and draw attention or force you to respond.

Given she's not a well known character, less so than Emma Frost as the previous female Vanguard, they really need to hit it out of the park in terms of hotness to turn heads. They do have a heavyweight name in Daredevil coming with her but you don't want a lack of hype with a new hero all the same.
