hold on is it not normal to have multiple separate voices in your head at once arguing and narrating things you're doing?

its normal to have one voice, your own. If you have none youre an NPC, if you have multiple youre a schizo

Not that anon but 'mental illness' diagnoses simply categorize patterns of human behaviour that displeases others in a society. By definition, a person cannot be considered insane if their beliefs are commonly accepted by a majority in their culture, or sub-culture.

no, a mental illness isn't just another kind of behaviour. it rather twists behaviour. hallucinations aren't behaviour.

It's fine. Having multiple different voices and personalities with them is weird but it's only schizophrenic if you can't determine what's real and what's not. If you've grouped your thoughts into, idk as an example your rational voice and your confidence voice and your moral voice, and you have those tell you what to do at any given time and when considering things between them you hear them giving different points, that's normal, it's just a particular method of thought grouping and tactical ideation. Perfectly healthy.
