I stopped consistently watching SP around the time that Imaginationland crossover happened. Not sure what season that was off the top of my head but i think thats way past S10. Another flaw of the show Ive noticed in clips is the boys really dont act like boys anymore or try to do funny stuff relating to their age out of naivety or innocence. South Park has always been at least a bit political, but its main appeal for me was how it constantly subverted television cliches. Take the Rainforest episode for example. It follows the format of those typical "environmental activist episode" formats, but does the reverse thing by making it about how much Rainforest suck. This is funny because it takes the piss out of those types. Post season 10 South Park would have tried to take an unironic serious "middle stance" about the issue instead of just taking the piss out of it.
