They say in their own terms of service that they do indeed censor things viewed as damaging to the brand.

They recently put out a statement on xitter saying they only censor illegal things, only to get clowned on in the community notes. Someone should update the community notes with this.

the question is how are such TOS allowed for a payment processor duopoly and why are no fucking politicians anywhere legislating it out of existence.

Not how it works. The phone company can't take my service away because I said things they don't like over the phone. Same principle applies here. And before you start falling on your sword for the poor megacorp, payment processing is about as essential for online business as phone service is today. Two companies should not get to arbitrarily decide who gets to have a successful online business. In a world where kikes didn't control our politicians, this blatant dual monopoly would've been pointed out and punished already.

The only reason people are getting up in arms right now is vocal tranny left coomerbrains that got cuddled into relevancy and it is affecting normalfag pastures of youtube and spotify.

Has there been cases of people actually blaming the payment processors instead of the buyer or seller? Only other times I've heard about it is when the payment processors are banning people for other shit before now.
If anything, the payment processors would be a good honeypot for this shit, being people who have records of actually illegal shit they can hand over to authorities when need be.
For a company that cares about "brand image", they don't do much promoting nor do they seem to give a shit about the consequences of the few actions they do take.

Depends on where you operate and what you sell.

In sweden most people have "Swish" and similar solution exists in other countries.

Credit cards are also horribly insecure for payments unless your bank require manual approval for every single transaction.

How do you expect anyone to take you seriously when you end your posts with nonsense like this?
Consider for a moment that maybe politicians ignored the duopoly because it wasn't causing any problems and if they begin to overstep their position then the public and politicians will step in to regulate them or break them up.
Now, whether removing taboo porn games from certain online stores counts as "overstepping their position" is up to debate, since I would imagine that most politicians at least don't see it as a pressing consumer rights issue.
