combat strength combined with the dragon tooth sword can break through low-mid strength doors while microfibral is completely useless and a waste of the aug slot except that one time in the second mission where you have to lift up a vending machine to get to the NSF underground base, and even then you don't need that because with just one food item you can get the password for the secret door from the kid and enter the password into the box on top right of the vending machine. it opens like a door.
