With TotK, the sky was the limit. Now with Bananza, the ground is the limit. I think Nintendo is running out of spatial regions to develop games and this is a problem.

I was gonna say give it a few years and they'll make a Mario game where you shrink down and explore someone's body like in Fantastic Voyage, but then I remembered they already did that in one of the Mario & Luigi games

In the next Nintendo game, you'll be able to go left to the limit

Yeah they already did that in Bowser's Inside Story, which also let you play as Bowser for a majority of the time.

If they really wanted, they could totally just hyperfixate on special landmasses for an entire game. I've personally always wanted to see Ice Climbers reimagined as a 3D adventure title where you and a partner spend the entire game climbing a massive mountain, making campfires, and fending off against Mother Nature.

I see these locations more as framing devices if anything, so it's not a bad thing if they wind up reusing the concept for other games. Don't forget that Nintendo did a Dark World/Evil version of reality like 8 times, and half of those were just for Zelda.
