Bro, that trailer gave me chills back when it dropped. Seeing Snake, Sam Fisher, and Ezio in the same shot had me thinking gaming finally peaked. Western devs had the budget and tech but never the balls to follow through. Meanwhile Japan's out here dropping Persona meets Fire Emblem like it's Tuesday. It's not even about East vs West-it's about who actually understands fanservice and respects legacy. That crossover would've been the GOAT but instead we got more Ubisoft bloat and Konami pachinko.

The honest disappointment is how well the stories of both titles are written to work with each other but the situation just never happened.
Bayonetta was built to fit into that universe....its the easiest pitch every missed by the industry.

Good. Plat and crapcom have lost it and both series have lost their creative leads so a crossover would be total garbage now.

It was SMT, not Persona. Also it was 2 gens ago and a dogshit game that neither developer has acknowledged since outside of the remaster, that everyone also hated.
