Nepotism isn't always bad. It usually means you KNOW the person that you've hired. Can there be certain people who get hired at their family's company that do jack shit? Sure, but I've seen plenty of cases where that's far from the case, and look at the flip side- most people hired for HR departments are absolutely fucking useless people with maybe some communication skills, but I can't even trust them from fucking up their computers (t. IT guy)
