what were your favourite warband mods? especially the total conversion ones. why are they your favourite?

for me, it's last days of the third age

Nova Aetus. It was weird as fuck but cool.

It was supposed to be an early-modern Warband conversion, with a technology progression system, a new world to be "discovered", and so on.

It was very fun. Lots of trade mechanics and the tech stuff was cool; cannons and muskets slowly appearing more and more, then sailing over to fight Aztecs with our armies.

I played (never finished) a single player mod called "evlat". I thought it was pretty good but it was really fucking hard and I ripped out a few keys out of my keyboard while raging at it. Adds some new content and has a story that I remember being amusing. I might return to it one day and beat it. Also really buggy.

Brytenwalda is all I care about and never play anything but it when playing Warband. I wish there was a Butterlord version but alas.

It's a boring answer but I put too many hours in Vanilla Gekokujo
Helps that the sieges are actually really fun, and all the factions all fighting wars all the time means a lot of recruitable high level samurai prisoners towards the end of the game; which helps you snowball through factions after a certain point inadvertently making the endgame easier
Some people think the unit variation is a bit boring but I dont think it's too too bad; I just wish you could choose between bow or musket ranged Ashigaru as an upgrade path; it's kinda retarded that aren't separated, even though the samurai are

Which race is your favourite?
I'm kinda partial to the Jutes just because they're basically almost dead by the time Brytenwalda takes place, only having one kingdom to their name; but I also really like just playing as the Angles, particularly in East Englia
