Okay, so people will just mindlessly say it is dogshit but I'll try to be more detailed:
If you just want to play an ARPG to go through the campaign, fight some bosses, and then do some end game to find loot it is fine. It has lots of quality of life (arguably too much), it drops a ton of loot, the movement/combat is smooth without a lot of clunk.
The main issue is that if you want to actually do the end game and really grind and engage with mechanics it is very shallow. Build creation for classes is shallow. It is basically a very streamlined ARPG experience made for casual fans of the genre or people who have not touched it. If you want a crunchy ARPG you play PoE1 or 2, if you want something casual you can play D4.
