I just like to do them sometimes when I'm a bit bored because I just boot up the game and see what's up.
I don't do bosses if it's cancer shit like 400% to 800% movement speed or if I can't have farms.
It is fun to sometimes do it in multiplayer but the repetitiveness is why I don't do them often.
It's always get a T4 bank or Monkeyopolis and then specific Paragons.
