She was forced to take the place of Theos de Endogram as the goddess of evolution. The party couldn't even see her afterwards until they touched and fought the origin of life. The only silver lining is that as an abstract goddess, she can basically be anywhere, and she says she'll always be watching over Adol, so in a way, she's always with him now, emphasized by how he still keeps the essence ring she gave him as of Ys IX.
