all snipers should have limited range and focus on precise burst damage and keepaway, not "sit back and safely plink"
rule of thumb, if two average opponents stand at the end of sniper's effective range and start walking at it, sniper should be able to shoot one of them safely and then get shot by the second one before reloading the second shot. that's how you ensure that it's a support class that needs its team to protect it and let it move up, while it provides safe eliminations in return. no infinite range bullshit.
