This got two players killed, but the real issue was that everyone else playing could clearly see what he was doing on his stream and called him out for it, at which point Jason spends several weeks blaming everybody else and shutting himself away from voice chat until the streamer in charge of the event kicked him off the team forever.
The best part is this: Jason Hall is a nobody. His father is Joeyray Hall, one of the founding Blizzard members and was in charge of art, cinematics, and video production, and had the company hire Jason Hall in a QA role as a nepo baby. Jason was underqualified and couldn't actually perform the work being asked of him, so they moved him to internal security where his workload consisted of making fake phishing emails and otherwise running around the offices trying to trick employees into breaking company policies and get them fired. He has only made one (1) game, an unfinished Undertale clone starring himself that's been stuck in early access for a decade because he wastes all his time streaming and raping ferrets to death.
