I wonder how easy it would be to port characters myself, I have some experience fucking around in Blender, and as far as it looks like, you don't have to animate everything since the game kind of uses the skeleton of other characters and from a template.

It's obviously very mod friendly, I've never used blender or unity so still don't really get it but it looks like if you have any knowledge of them it would be easy
