Has anyone ever made a time powers game in the vein of Majora's Mask? Like where you can manipulate time and there's a limited amount of days before failure but you can travel back and start from the beginning or even freeze or slow or fast forward and shit, like MM but extra or something.

That'd be pretty fun if someone tried and expanded on the time stuff.

the timer is too forgiving in 2 + 3 and 4 got rid of it but 1 was the only other game I played with a Majora's mask esque feel to replaying it

lightning returns somewhat fit the bill. Though you can't go back at will and have to wait for the full 7 days to restart from the beginning but you could freeze time by gathering stasis point by defeating enemies and I seem to recall there was a fast forward, but i don't remember for sure.

DMC3 speed runners can beated that game in 30 minutes. So just try to 1cc DMC3. You can beat DMC3 in 30 minutes. So just try to beat it in 30 minutes without dyeing. 30 minutes? That's a breeze. Just don't die. Don't get hit. Or you restart even if your'e 27 minutes in.
