carry two buckets of water attached to a stick up a very long flight of stairs. then run up some stairs outside of a new york courthouse. then punch some frozen meat. and be sure to play a little between each task to show how youve improved.

firstly set your mouse's polling rate as high as possible, 8k if possible. Also get a high refresh ips monitor and optionally turn off mouse acceleration. Maybe play quake live for a while as well

Doesn't that make it harder to switch targets

Big mouse pad, lower sensitivity. It will be awkward at first but you will realise how better it is after some practice. Also try to avoid aim trainers and other bullshit and just play the game. If you need to warm up make an alt account and make a few games before switching to main.

make your crosshair more visible and then actually look at where it is you're pointing it when you shoot

Get a big ass mouse pad
Slam that sensitivity down to around 40cm/360
Play with that sensitivity for a whole week, don't skip this part
Test your aim now by strafing back and forth while tracking a stationary point. If you keep overshooting, lower it. If you have trouble keeping up, raise it very slightly.

Now you have your sensitivity, go play game until you're good.

Aim trainers are fun as a game though.
