The second rule is entirely unnecessary and covered by the first rule, and tells me that the people running the server have no interest in operating neutrally.
The third rule and fourth rules would be great if they actually enforced it, but these types of places never do. It always ends up being a hugbox for specific opinions.
Respect is not automatically given, it's earned. You cannot compel me to give you free respect without acting worthy of it. This rule implies to me that this server is in fact a circlejerk where the mods want me to suck their cocks.
Why is the next rule not enforced via some technical measure? Fuck off.
250ms ping kicks are reasonable. This is the only reasonable rule.
Conclusion: fuck no, this is clearly a circlejerk of an established group of fake-friendly assholes who will shit on you behind your back in a private discord and make up some reason to permaban and slander you

i recognize that tag, i played on that server a few times years ago and the MOTD was basically "don't be a dick." i clearly remember a late night 20 person server of a bunch of 30 something guys on mics calling each other slurs, and one guy's girlfriend, so i'm going to assume she sucked her dick to the top
