Reminds me of something that happened recently with me and my friend in VRchat.
I recently got into VR, so he wanted me to meet some friends he hangs out with.

The comedic timing on the sour note introduction during that droning second half is too on-point. The abrupt reprise near the end plays on the comedy of the unexpected as well. You also have the drunken retard vibe it puts off when it's actually making a "melody" of any kind. Very common outcome when a composer is purposely trying to be sloppy.

I am willing to bet money that whoever made this actually has a good understanding of compositional techniques and purposely did the opposite for comedy, which worked. GrogFM is a YouTube channel that exemplifies what I'm talking about. That guy clearly knows his shit but makes all kinds of deranged trash for fun.

Also everything is fake and gay now so I genuinely don't believe anything anymore.
