1946 is great, best WWII flight sim ever made.
Cliffs of Dover is alright, base game was weak but the expansions made it better.
The rest of the series, meh not really.

I've been having fun with it but you really gotta invest in all the bullshit peripherals. I got a joystick and now my friend tells me that I gotta get the foot-pedals that cost $300USD.

I'm not sure anon. Just buy the game if you deem it to be cheap. As long as you have a joystick you should be good. I don't play with VR or foot-pedals... though I'm eyeing it as my next big investment. You might have a hard time hitting enemy planes like I am. It's still fun to fly around and shoot at trains or gun-boats and you feel really good when you finally do take down enemy aircraft.

They made Il-2 1946 unplayable on Win11 so goyim have to buy this trash which comes with less content even if you buy all the DLCs. Vatnik trash dev.

I liked this game- had it when it was first released. It was refreshing to have a realistic aircraft simulator without it being completely boring like MS Fliight Sim.
