Well, let's look at the survivability onion.
>DON'T BE HIT
Dodging and to a lesser extent parrying
>DON'T BE PENETRATED
Blocking

So the ones left are:

This is stealth mechanics, obviously
>DON'T BE KILLED
Health kits/survival games with health mechanics
>DON'T BE ACQUIRED

It's that last one I think is the way. Games about misdirecting your opponent or making it hard for them to attack.

Maybe add "don't be there" - avoidance
and "don't be detected" as a layer above don't be seen because not all opponents rely on their sense of sight.
