The game is good but is it good enough to justify still being on the top 10 of steamdb years after release?
I don't see how can you replay this game more than once when you only have either good/evil paths

I will only buy when they introduce a module editor like in Neverwinter Nights which is a far superior game to begin with.
NWN > BG3

It's basically one of the few games that's not The Sims or Stardew Valley that appeals to women, and then on top of that it can be a difficult RPG and is full of mods. There's a massive fanbase behind it.

There's a reason it's enduring.

It's a very good 5e simulator (although limited for obvious reasons) and the amount of shit you can do is insane. Shame though the writing and characters suck dick for vast majority of it. The rest is very serviceable "generic choices and outcomes of your actions". Never expect anything like in Witcher 3.

Like it or not this game is part of the wokeness. It is gay and lame, but the same applies to western high fantasy now. This is a 100% woman game, this doesn't mean you can't enjoy it, but its like having an ugly art at home. Its spiritual rot, which is fine, but watch hasbin hotel, have abhorrently uggo tattoos, 3+ diopter glasses, and think of cats as their kids. Bonus points for 40k tyranid minis as women are fascinated by those plastic shits for some reason.
You can enjoy spiritual rot, just be aware that it poisons you.
