It's a fan mod, done for free, that's taken like a decade. It's gonna be jank and absolutely horrible. That's why bethesda let them keep making it despite oblivion remaster coming out

The biggest issue I have with it is that it just looks like Skyrim: Oblivion edition. I know that a big part of that is because obviously it's a Skyrim mod but still the art direction in Oblivion was quite a bit different and in my opinion better.
