I saw an edit of Undyne as Sergey Taboritsky, and was inspired to make the image in the original post.
I was listening to "Sacred War" on a loop while working on it.
My edit of Dmitry Karbyshev as Clover at the end of the true pacifist ending turned out better than my edit of Dmitry Yazov as Clover on the justice route.

I only just reunified western Siberia and finished diplomacy with the USA and Japan because TNO is so depressing that I have to keep taking breaks. The idea of Omsk is interesting, but TNO is a very slow and depressing visual novel.

Requiem is the former 2WRW submod that split off from the main mod after years of failure of mod's development team, shit decisions and so on. It currently adds content 2WRW content for democratic Novosibirsk and Omsk. It's on it's way to integrate many submods like Tsars and Soviets, bringing back Men in the far east and work in conjunction with So Far From Home team after TNOdevs shat the bed with wiping out Free France, all of the German Reichcommisariats in Africa and South African War.

i will commend uty for making the genocide route actually justifiable my using the in game logic of '5 children fell down here and 5 didnt come back, you need to kill these people to stop them from killing more children', therefore actually proving flowey's philosophy of 'its kill or be killed'. Undertale's genocide route is just full of meta garbage like 'huh i bet you feel real satisfied with yourself now', and as far as I can tell, the Weird Route will end up the same way. Probably the only thing this game does better than the original thing

In short:
Germany has been reworked many times with this fucking over all of Europe development. German Civil War is planned to be removed.
Moskowien has been reworked somewhere about 7 times and in current iteration Moskowien Civil War is to be removed.
Burgundy is to be removed.
Manchuria is in development hell with the only competent developer on the whole team working on it and keeping his head down to not be purged.
Many of Russian Warlords are set to be reworked by one of the lead devs. Amur is first on the chopping block with such gems like Rozdezvensky throwing a shitfit after liberals suicide bomb his dam.
Antarctica submod has been integrated, fucking with the map and tanking performance.
Then map was reworked again, adding a gorillion victory points and making Siberian wasteland, Canadian far north and Svalbard playable.
Mexico got a demo.
Francis Jokey got cut.
Brazil came out after years of development hell, but as a 4 year demo.
Now this sound absolutely dreadful but don't worry. Fiji got skeleton content you can enjoy.

That's just their way of greetings. One of the only only monsters who tried to kill you, Undyne, becomes buddies with you in the pacifist after her fight in the pacifist route

I don't remember the game becoming a bullet hell the moment I enter Snowdin. Or a battle screen appearing when Sans shook my hand. No, there appears to be a very clear difference between monsters interacting with you in a peaceful manner and the moment the bullets start flying.
There are a grand total of three monsters that deserve to be spared - Toriel, Papyrus and the vulkins.
