Just recruited Byleth in Fire Emblem Three Hopes since it's 60 FPS on Switch 2. Bought a new PC but barely touched it since non-Nintendo games wait until the Christmas sale.

Mostly new games. I played most the old classics back in the day. I have no desire to go back to replay them. I haveover 600 games on steam. I've only played around 100-150 of them so always new games to play. Right now I'm trying to finish Trails to Azure and probably play FF7 Rebirth or SMT5 Vengeance. Maybe I'll go back and finish Yakuza Kiwami 2 idk. I don't feel like playing the third Yakuza game and I kinda want to wait for a remake. I haven't heard anything good about the third one outside of the soundtrack.

Been playing some new indie titles, Labyrinth of the Demon King, Mortal Sin, and Eye of the Commando currently. The latter is crazy as shit, a kind of turn based roguelike shooter that's a parody of 80's action. EA currently but I really like it, it feels very novel.
Thinking about another Mountain Blade playthrough as far as older games go.

You heard correctly. There's nothing redeeming about the base game's campaign at all. Shadows of Undrentide and Horde of the Underdark are pretty decent though, and there are gorillions of high effort custom modules

I play both new and old games. Ive been hooked on fire emblem the past couple weeks, played the 3DS games and am now emulating 3H
if the switch 2 FE is actually good I'll buy a Switch 2 and the game on Amazon and return them both within the return window

Still playing Edens Zero. I will finish it this week. Got 60 hours of enjoyment out if it.
I want to play Stellar Blade, but don't normally enjoy playing same genre back to back. Thinking of playing Sakuna or Garfield Kart next.

I'm currently replaying Divinity 2 because I realized last night that I haven't played it since just before it was released in NA.

Damn kids don't know how good they have it. Back in my day we had to translate cyrillic install instructions from a russian rip of a game with german audio and MTL subtitles.

I've been playing a lot of Grim Dawn recently. Wasn't ever really into Diablo like games as a kid but Grim Dawn clicked for me. It's easy to make a build, if you fuck up, it's easy to reset your skills, the only thing you can't reset is your classes but from what I understand, every class combination is viable on the hardest difficulty. Really surprised to find out that they still plan to release another expansion later this year apparently.
I might give the new battlefield game beta a shot, if I like it and my friends pick it up I'll buy it since I really been in a mood for a shooter. I haven't played one in forever aside from TF2 on occasion.

I emulate 90% of the time nowadays, modern titles are too expensive, bloated and often agenda filled, I miss when video games where shorter and objectified women, also emulation's free no matter how much that makes Nintendo seethe, so retro it is for me.

TF2 on the weekends mostly, or whatever the Party /v/an decides to play on Sundays. Occasionally UT04.
Every so often a single player game gets my attention. Finally 100%ed Death Stranding after 5 years.

Play on Very Hard, and whenever you do standard orders, be sure to select Premium Delivery so you get actual requirements to your deliveries. A lot of them are actually challenging and require a ton of pre-planning to get done.

True boomers, like actual boomers, are people born from 1945-1950, i.e, the baby boom after world war 2
For some reason people born in the 90s who would now be 30-40 are called boomers for some reason

Everybody I knew had their PS chipped, so they could play pirated games. JRPGs weren't that popular in my social circle, it was wrestling, Tekken, Gran Turismo 2 and Toca racing. Syphon Filter for fans of shooters. But if you liked JRPGs and was bit of weirdo and social recluse, there were some awesome games, like Lunar 2, Xenogears, Legend of Dragoon and Vagrant Story - and the obvious FF and Suikoden.

Heroes of Might and Magic 2. Roland campaign. I've spent the last 3 days (real life days) on one and the same mission. It's intense. I love that old school game experience where completing a single mission takes 10+ hours of your time, carefully planning every move. Slow your roll.
