I do no find gaming id verification at all important. How about the people trying to push that sort of thing into video games jump off a cliff and splatter on the ground.

Fake id generators exist (Xbox won't verify it against a government database). And if it asks you for face verification, buy a face mask made from silicone and wear a wig. There, it's that easy to maintain anonimity.
Alternatively buy a few beers and ask random homeless man for his face and ID.
