Cover fire works better in vr because your mind makes you want to slow down for your opportunity and take blind fire shots compared to flat which usually would want to just rush and twitch stick auto aim fire at someone. For fps pvp yes. Fps players should want vr (especially if you hate auto aim although psvr2 is trying to push for it). For fps standalone is fine

For driving Sims and flight sim, also yes but only if you have PC and those two types tend to be high resource so you're gonna want a decent (3000 series or better)

Single player story based games it depends on how much you're willing to deal with mods. It can be a yes if you heavily mod everything (primarily UEVR mod)and are OK with a bit of jank. But standalone single player games suck
