Toys for Bob completely fucked things. They didn't give enough of a shit for reignited and focused only on making their husbando scalie dragons for Spyro 1 then let the art direction fall to complete shit for 2/3.

Toys for Bob is one of the worst devs out there under the activision umbrella and I legitimately don't get why people want them to do a new Spyro. I can only think it's gen alphas who's childhood spyro game was Skylanders.
