they already did it's just the retards manchildren/redditors who are obsessed with nintendo are living in their own bubble unaware of it. between them and pajeets seething it gives an illusion otherwise, but in reality genshin is the largest game in the world. without 30+ year old manchildren spending their entire paychecks on it like pokemon it's not even comparable. kids prefer stuff like roblox, genshin, and all sorts of other things instead of japcrap from crapcom edition 10 remake #3.
the only game from japan that slightly compete with stuff china is putting out in the last 10 years is elden ring and that's it. kids really don't give a shit about japanese games anymore.
