I love games that feature levels set in skyscrapers, I don't mean generic apartment towers but stuff like the high-end luxury hotels, ultra-modern office buildings/upscale corporate floors, or like private R&D labs. There's something about that that clean minimalistic, high-spec look and the tension of being somewhere high above the city: the smooth surfaces, the sleek architecture and refined interiors with ambient lighting, the massive panoramic windows stretching wall to wall, overlooking the city from impossible heights. They have that eerie feel of calm places that are normally out of reach, but now theyβre all yours to explore.
