I am currently cultivating a higher level expansion of my Drunken Master subclass rework mod for Baldur's Gate 3.
I have primarily stuck to drunken fist inspiration and limited the supernatural or magical aspects while focusing on fun interactions primarily.
Where my Qi is unfocused is the Level 20 capstone. Perhaps my fellow Young Masters or resident Heavenly Court Scholars could share their perspective.
As I have exhausted all martial arts and kung fu movie inspirations, my current idea for the Level 20 capstone is that the Drunken Master has caught the attention of extraplanar legendary revellers Giantslayer Aizen and Akkan of a Thousand and One Toasts. You may invite them to participate in a brawl for a few rounds before they return to their cosmic adventures. Each of them has very fun abilities which I won't get into, I'm simply asking if the concept feels good.
