It's a linear game, you just get different routes in the same conversations that don't affect much. Apparently you can get Kim killed, but I don't know how to achieve it

I say this as someone who finished the game, like, 3 times (and there were even more attempts to start this boring ass game, so in reality it's like 3,75 walkthroughs)

It's pretty well written, it has a great and distinct art style and it's funny but also tragic. Harry (the MC) is a piece of shit of a human but you still love to play as him.
