Your Honor, I have personally read hundreds of statements from the user 'Anonymous' off the popular website 4chan.org, claiming to have downloaded the client. These amount of several millions of dollars in lost sells with each click. I rest my case.

But yeah, an Everquest private server is currently being sued by the company that owns EQ. Funny.

Oh. No, they are actually intentionally fighting this. They hired a "national law firm" to represent them. So the end result and ramifications that this could have for other private servers will be interesting to see. Not like it matters much. Lots of WoW servers still run strong years and years later.
