OP, the thing that always breaks me out of choice paralysis is just picking a game for an arbitrary reason and then forcing myself to play it. After an hour or two I get over paralysis and get really into the new game.

Maybe try selecting ten games that you think look fun, number them, and have a lottery to pick which one you'll play?

I have a lot of multiplayer games I wanna play but my friends already played them or just won't play anything multiplayer except Overwatch and Rivals. I wanna play Abiotic Factor so fucking bad too, I tried single player but it's clearly not made for it and it makes things like moving stuff around not fun due to the tiny backpack size.

Now play factorio till you have some resources automated and keep it in the background as well and boot up counter strike
Every time you die in counter strike play a round of Balatro.
Every time the match ends in counter strike fix a couple parts in car mechanic simulator
Keep Farming simulator open whenever there you want a break and do some farming
