Started playing it a few days ago, just beat the Waterworks dungeon.
So far I have to say....the random encounter rate is awful, feels like every 5 steps there's a battle, and the dungeon design layout is frustrating.
But...it's fun, and I like it a lot.
The first one is the weakest. They haven't figured out everything yet. After that, the quality is fluctuating, but it definitely gets better.

What's the point of baiting?
Sigh
I forgot, this is modern /v/. You can't have a discussion without some shitty gooner or rage bait OP
Fine, once this one archives I'll just remake it with a stupid Roll.exe pic. Fucking hate new /v/
congrats on being a game and a half away from enjoying megaman kino network 3 (blue)
>>717279760 (OP)Yeah, BN1's the worst by far. Most recommend starting with BN2.
>>717279760 (OP)BN2 really ups its game compared to BN1, but good on you for not skipping it. I played a little BN1, then went into 2 because I was in grade school and only had a little time to borrow 1, so I always regretted not experiencing all of them in order. 2 and 3 are my favorites. I think just about everyone agrees that 3 is the peak of the series, but for me 2 is pretty close and arguably has the better story while 3 has better content.
>>717279760 (OP)The first game is notable for their random encounter galore and aberrant net navigation, it gets better on the sequels.
>>717282000Stop being a fucking baby. We've had BN threads last for days up to bump limit just the last month.

>>717282485> BN1's the worst by far.That's not BN4.
>>717279760 (OP)>Started playing it a few days agoPeople really need to learn about Operate Shooting Star, this is getting silly at this point. You're the second guy within like a week who started with 1 instead of OSS.
>>717285030>cringebobBN4 is great though.
>>717279760 (OP)im convinced the overexploitation of these shitty subseries is what killed Megaman as a whole. What a stupid way to die....

>>717285250YUP YUP
THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN

>>717279760 (OP)News flash... You ready? Yes sitting down??? Take a breath!!!! Here we go!!!
MEGACHUD was never good.
Now you know

>>717285429>Fake news flashMore at 13.
>>717285184OP didn't say if BN1 was played through the Legacy Collection or not. Regardless, there better be a damn good reason for not going with OSS for BN1.
>>717282098you mean half a game away from enjoying megaman kino network 2
>>717285184I was working during ds era never saw it good to know now
>>717279760 (OP)Question to RPG brothers in arms, if I like: Pokemon, Xenoblade, Fire Emblem, Shin Megami, Persona, Final Fantasy, will I like the Battle Network games? The Network Collection is cheap, worth it? Will I like even one of them?
>>717279760 (OP)>>717282485I'll always just tell people to play Operate Shooting Star first.
Yeah, the hour or so of content with Star Force characters will mean nothing to you, but the QoL enhancements make it the only way I can play BN1 going forward.
>>717286583They play nothing like any of those, so it's hard to say. It's a card action game where you build a deck. And if you make sure there aren't too many different codes you can use more attacks and chain shit together.
>>717287005Damn, I'm glad I asked. I'll watch a view in that case. I assumed they were just standard turn based RPGs. I'm not turned off by card combat, I'll be watching more videos now.
>>717286462It's certainly not your fault. Operate Shooting Star was a Japan only release and didn't get an English patch until 7 or so years ago.
>>717286583They are not traditional RPGs. There is no experience system, your HP upgrades are either purchased or obtained from exploring and quests, your Buster and armor upgrades (Outside of 1) are tied to the NaviCust parts you either buy or find and play a minigame with, combat is real time, and the crux of the gameplay is deck creation and chip management so you get consistently decent turns or synergy.
Webm is just a simple example of someone having an easy way to kill Gutsman. The ultimate goal of battles is to clear them as fast as possible, without moving if possible, and without taking damage if possible.
>>717287095If you want a standard JRPG, there's also Mega Man X Command Mission.
>>717282000>You can't have a discussion without some shitty gooner or rage bait OPBut that's false. We've had a bunch of good BN threads lately without any goonshit or bait at all. Not in the OPs, nor the main body of the threads.
>>717287293>>717288183Just a note but the PS2 version is useless if you are gonna play it. GC has a bunch of extra features tied to having a GBA attached to the GC (You can do that via mGBA and Dolphin if emulating) so play the GC version if you want to play XCM.
Random encounters are a plague
>>717288348GC version has increased encounter rates because it's tied to the framerate running at 60fps (PS2 runs at 30)
>>717286583I like all of those. I love Battle Network. The collection is worth it for it being the best official way to play the later games, but if you have other means, such as the OSS recommendation, then those are fine too.
Other anons have already answered about the gameplay, so I'll add that if you're looking to try out MMBN for the story, the world, or its characters, also watch the anime (sub) or read the manga. All 3 media are different and have their own pros and cons.
>>717288348>>717288752would there be a reason to play GC over PS@ if I'm not going to touch the GBA features? I'm gonna play it on an actual GC or PS2 and don't have a GBA
>>717279760 (OP)I always wanted to start it and I have the collection on steam
Is this connected to the Ds one? Do I need to play MegaMan x
>>717288752Sure, but that's a trade off for having extra content like the exclusive figure hunts, 60 FPS instead of 30, and faster loading times.
>>717288928Faster loading times and 60 FPS.
PS2 is several seconds slower per screen change and battle and at 30 FPS.
There's some debate if graphically GC looked better but I think that one wasn't a thing.
Also keep in mind that the undub is only on GC but it's also really buggy with broken subtitles on cutscenes and the English lines still occasionally happening in battle like with Axl.
>>717288928The only feature in GC different is that you can find some statue collectibles of CM characters. Aside from that the only major difference are the framerate and encounter rates
>>717285389>worst one sold the most
>>717289026>I have the collection on steamStart with emulating Operate Shooting Star on the DS as it's the superior version of BN1 they for some reason didn't decide to bring over with the collection. They also didn't bring over 5 DS which is the better version of 5 as well.
>Is this connected to the Ds one? What, Star Force or ZX/Advent? Star Force is a direct sequel to the BN series and Operate Shooting Star even has the MC travel back to the past to help out Lan. ZX/Advent are sequels to Zero. You also find PETs in SF1 and use Navi Cards.
>Do I need to play MegaMan xNo.
>>717289068>>717289118Thanks. Hard to decide because higher encounter rate sucks.
>>717280045>The first one is the weakest. That would be 4.

>>717289859its a tie between those
>>7172898594 is the best one actually.
Funnest mechanically speaking anyway with the funnest souls. Particularly red sun
>>717289870the girls in star force had really nice designs, but the boys were all terrible
>>717279760 (OP)When the random encounters are actually fun, they're not as much of a problem.
>>717289252I see, thanks a lot anon
Yeah I was talking about the star force
>>717279760 (OP)play the ds version
>>717290325The only "meh" designed guy is Zack. Everyone else is solid.
>>717289026Battle Network is its own series, steam collection is fine
DS games (StarForce specifically) are sequels
No you don't have to play X that's a different universe
>>717289126It makes sense when you consider that 4 was selling off the reputation of 3.
>>717289921Nah, 1 is janky and rough around the edges but 4 is fucked completely on a mechanical level. 4 is so bad that its lingering effect on design stopped 5 from being good.
Man I'm having a great fucking day guys
That's all, have some Roll! What a good day!
>>717293038She's so hip and cool!
>>717285030>goatbobI agree
>>717285413>I made it to the endgame of the first one with never getting another form or upgradeswhen I started the first I thought it was intended that you have to shoot bosses with the buster 1 damage at a time because all options are so weak and the game is simply that hard, later I got some damn upgrades for my buster but it still paled compared to skill cards, in that sense I would have liked the games being closer to Mega Man X where the buster is awesome
>>717293446>Even in a society

>>717294729>>717294817>>717295156Not gonna play it. 2hu is for trannies.
>>717286963This is stellar
>>717289859After replaying the games through the collection, I much preferred playing 4 over 1. I'd probably still rate 1 higher just because I'd give it a handicap due to being the first game.
>>717295156What's left for it by the way? Just postgame? I seem to recall someone saying they're at all the documented stuff the original developer was trying to do before the C&D but they still want to add some of their own OC postgame stuff?
>>717295156Is the game finished? Last time I checked, they were getting a cease and desist stuff or some shit.
>>717296064The last area of the postgame and more BBS requests.
There are three bosses in the debug room that didn't make it into actual content.
>>717296064You're mostly correct. The known documentation of what the original developer was going to include ended in post-game territory, so the new dev was going to try and fill it with appropriate OC instead.
But it eventually went into dev hell, and last year on the anniversary of the original C&D he posted an update to say that he was dropping it, and uploaded the last version. So it's got a partial post-game.
>>717289252You know, the first time I spotted Lan's PET in this trash pile I got pissed, it almost felt like a statement from the SF that the old game was lame and the new one is better, on top of the idea of Megaman being stuck there making me sick
But after mulling it over a bit, I realized that Lan changes his PET model literally every new entry, and what happened here was that he threw the old one away and uploaded Megaman to the new one like usual, so now I just see it as the simple Easter Egg it was meant to be
Anyway the point is first impressions might be bad but its better to take a step back first
>>717296151The new dev got a few C&Ds while he had it on github, but didn't give a shit, and eventually moved the project to gitlab, at which point he was left alone. Supposedly gitlab did receive a C&D from Capcom but the owner also didn't give a shit.
>>717286963>...Why do they carry pictures of their moms?...what's wrong with this
>>717285389A bit surprising that 5 sold so poorly. Considering it has protoman and colonel on the cover. It's the most intriguing just from that alone.
>>7172912594s gameplay is more fun than 1, its just everything surrounding the battles sucks. and 5 is good so I dunno what you're talking about there
>>717297587Remember, he is an alien from another world.
>>717297587Omega-xis doesn't have a good mom, probably
>>717297029So..... is finished?
>>717297828The story is finished, the post-game is not.
>>7172976674 was that damaging
>>717297874And likely never will be. RIP.
>>717281352whats the point of that board?
>>717279760 (OP)You can play the DS version if you want to play a better version of BN1 but yeah Battle Network was still in it's identity crisis era that most first entries suffer from
>>717279760 (OP)If you can handle the first game, you're in for a treat. 2 and 3 are top tier. 4 is poopy then it picks back up with 5 and 6
>>717297957Talking about DOOM.
>>717297882I dont even think 4 was that damaging like as a kid I saw nothing wrong with the game I think the bigger issue was there were just too many megaman games coming out at the same time,
>>717297669>and 5 is good5 is fine for a casual playthrough, but it's held back by tiering the enemies in the same way 4 does. In 1-3 & 6, it spreads the enemies throughout the game so about 90% of the enemies are encounterable in the story, with a few viruses held back for the post game area. In 4 & 5 ONLY the tier 1 enemies are encounterable in the main game, with tier 2 & 3 enemies being held back for the post-game. 5 might not require you to do mulitple playthroughs of story events, but you DO need to go through every area and grind for chips twice while doing the post game.
This also leads to HP bloat in the enemies, as there are now Tier 1 & Tier 1 EX/SP enemies, which are still effectively tier 1, but have more HP/Damage. Which means Tier 2 end up having the HP of tier 3 enemies. In addition SP Navis are designed around tier 3, so the fun part of post game is entirely reserved until you get through the massive slog of climbing to tier 3 and THEN you get to build your folder.
>>717298250still the best game in the series
>>717298427If you REALLY like liberation missions, I guess. If it's for any other reason, then you're wrong and overlooking how 4/5 miss the fundamentals of the series. There's a reason why 3&6 are the most popular Even if I like 2 better than 3.
>>717298582>If you REALLY like liberation missionsyes I do, its a shame 6 didnt have them
>>717298726I think they would have been good for a spin-off, but don't feel right for a main game. That said, if Capcom made a new MMBN, I'd support BN Net Police built around Liberation Missions more than a BN7.
>>717297001Never thought of it like that
I only played the first 2 games
>>717298878>but don't feel right for a main game.they feel perfect for the series imo
i liked bn4 and bn5 because they had evil regal and eviler regal
I think BN5 has some major issues that could be fixed.
BN5 inherited all the flaws from BN4 while adding more of its own.
>>717297828>>717297874The post game is finished, what are you niggers talking about.
What's the lore reason some navi's are unique while most of them are some variation of the normal navi?

>>717299335You can customize your navi but most people don't bother
>>717298919I just really don't like the turn restrictions. A single bad draw could completely fuck over the entire Liberation Mission.
>>717299335You could make your own programs, but that'd take forever to learn.
>>717299335I think the better question is why does Mayl have a custom Navi?
>>717299452some one like dex knows how to make his own programs?
>>717299438The equivalent to SecretArea is fully finished, complete with Not-Serenade.

>>717299424Thats just one of the multiple issues I have with that game.
But yeah, the turns are cancer.
>>717299048I don't know, I think something about BN3 just intimidated younger me for some reason I don't remember.
>>717289068>Also keep in mind that the undub is only on GCNot anymore, there's also undub for PS2

Why is she so angry all the time and such a cool bro
>>717299642You should give them a go. BN3 & 6 are excellent. Though if you didn't 100% them, you should go back to 2 as well. The games really shine in completionism.
>>717299824As a kid I always put the chips that did the most damage in my folder ignoring codes.
How long are those games?
>>717300176Standard handheld RPG fare
First playthroughs probably 10-12 hours
Repeat you can knock it down to 6
>>717299936>The games really shine in completionism. No it doesnt, what are you saying, 2 has one of the worst 100% in the series.
>>71730017625 hours at most if you go around doing stuff, post game can get you up to 40.

Think of it as what ifs, the things you see are canon, but the things that happen are not.
But to be honest, only 2,3 and MAYBE 6 have any post game story to talk about so dont worry.
>>717299335what's the lore reason that 99% of the people on the internet irl name themselves bobdickinson7723?
>>717300723Creative bankrupcy.
>>717300454if you mean that it doesn't conflict with anything story relevant, sure they are canon. 2 and 3 postgame have some stuff hinting things but they aren't relevant enough to change anything plotwise in the next games.
>>717300240>2 has one of the worst 100% in the series.>Worse than 4>Worse than 5No way. 2's post game isn't amazing, but it's fine. It doesn't really have any downsides like the bad parts of 3's post game, but it doesn't have the highs of 3's post game either. I'd say it's better than 1 too because 1's postgame is nigh non-existent and like 2 of the chips are absolute ass-cancer to get.
>>717300846Listen, I made that post without properly thinking about how ASS every post game in this series is except 6.
I just hate the SSSSSSSSS loicense hunt and the dragon chip hell farm.
Yeah 2 is annoying but is not aggressively mind shattering like 5 and the worst parts of 3 and it at least has an actual post game unlike 1 and 4.
>>717300575No problem, I just lose my mind whenever I see people not wanting to give that game a chance because "its incomplete" so I get aggressive about it.
I also started playing through the mmbn games like a week ago when I saw a thread
I'm on mmbn3 white right now
>>717299335If you pay enough money, you get to have a custom navi, however I would take a wild guess and say it takes an exorbitant amount of money to actually get a full custom navi.

I'm currently hunting Rare viruses so I can farm bugfrags. Haven't really done any work on my folder yet.
When should I take on The Count, before or after I deal with the rest of the Navi Hunt?
>>717302221You can deal with him already. Beast Out is broken as fuck and you don't even need chips since Cross' charged shots are enough to beat him.
>>717302202For 3, Blue has an extra optional boss (Punk). They also have different optional bosses (Mistman vs Bowlman) and version exclusive Gigachips that you'd have to trade with someone to get the other ones instead. Also some chips come in different codes.
For 4/5/6, they start doing Souls/Crosses and have more unique bosses, so you pick whichever version has the cooler navis that you want to play with. And forms for 6 since you have to choose between Falzar/Gregar.
>>717302202In BN3?
Blue has Punk, an extra boss fight.
There's a single boss that's different. You'll need to trade to get their V1-V4.
Each has a unique Style.
I don't remember if 3 had different codes yet.
In BN4-6?
Different codes on chips
Different Souls/Crosses and their related Boss fights
In BN5, your the navis you use in LMs are different.
In BN6 you have a Beast Out, its abilities change based on version.
I could never get into the autistic super combos, my turns basically are just me spamming AoE attacks because I suck at aiming.

>>7172976674 blew up in sales because the anime had people hyped and 3 was a great game and this was before people posting literally fucking everything online and everyone was easily able to find and repost said content so everyone was flocking to stores to buy this shit and was basically slapped across the face with how shit it was and that soured a lot of people on 5 and 6. 5 specifically because it feels more like an expansion of 4 and not so much of a sequel in someways i'd say it's a downgrade
>>717303514I just don't like liberation missions bro, that shit is not it at all.
>>717303281You don't need very complex stuff to reach high numbers, just learn to mess with terrains and the rest will work effortlessly
dont repeat my mistake and get softlocked in the goddamn elecman maze without saving
Thinking about how to design chip availability, how would people feel about something like this:
Most chips have 3 codes high tier/mid tier/low tier
High tier has 4 codes that the chips get split evenly between
Mid tier has 6 codes that chips get split between
Low tier has 16 codes that chips get split between.
Navi & Giga/Mega chips are still monocode and are split between high/mid tiers, support chips are still mostly *.
High tier chips are exclusive to S-Rank, mid tier is for rank 9-S, low tier are for lower ranks.
>>717299529Because originally she was supposed to have a normal navi (or no navi at all), roll was supposed to belong to another character who used roll to get girl's attention and i forgot what happened (im assuming this guy got his ass handed to him) but he ends up giving roll to mayl and he was supposed to end up with bass as his navi because of it

>>717294729>>717294817>slophouRuins every single thing it touches without exception.
>>717303804I'll be honest I much prefer star force just getting rid of codes even if it removed depth and PAs because bn codes always felt like it favored only 3-4 codes per game so the grind is extra bad when you have to fight for both not getting HP/money and also getting the correct code you are looking for. Maybe just have less codes idk.
>>717303826i have no idea why it quoted that anon at the end but yeah now that i think about it it's never mentioned how roll exists dex goes on and on about customizing gutsman so he knows his shit, chaud was given protoman, pretty sure yai paid for a custom navi and got glyde roll just exists and its not really clear if she was given to mayl or she did all the programming herself because its never bought up anywhere
>>717304026which ever group of souls you like more
>>717303678I'm bout to debug her so hard
>>717304031>bn codes always felt like it favored only 3-4 codes per gameYeah, I was trying to lean into that by making EVERY non-special chip available between those 3-4 codes. Though ideally people could do things with mid-tiers as they would have different combos than high-tiers.
>>717304026It's really pick whoever you like more if you're not going to do anything crazy like PVP. Red Sun is the only chance you will ever have to fight Roll, but you might not get to without playing the game multiple times. 5 Colonel is technically more relevant than Protoman because Baryl is a prominent character in 6 and Lan acts like they know each other.
>>717304026They all have their strengths and weaknesses but if you have to only play one for each, for a better pacing:
Red > Blue
Protoman > Colonel (people will argue about this because Colonel has an extra scene that's relevant to BN6)
Gregar = Falzar (major differences in power only matter for PvP)
>>717304031nah, more diverse codes and leaning more into the busting level, 1 rank = 1 chip code
that means each chip you can get from busting has 11 codes (prob should be more like 8, lv 3 or lower should be the same)
with a navicust program that forces X ranking if you want that one, without having to actually get it, as long as you are reach at least that high, one program for each ranking and they are obtained in increasingly difficult ways, progression
>>717304026blue moon
colonel
where did wily hide iris before bn6
>>717304392Dawg that would be actual torture if I have to fine-tune how I do in every fight just for getting specific codes if most ranks give different codes. Having to play purposefully bad to get 5-6 rank because of arbitrary drop rates is terrible game design imo.
>>717303804I honestly like the way Shangha.EXE handled it, with tier 1 chips being all avaiable in * and easily accesible, this including navi chips, so you can make an entire folder of * chips, which is how I beat my first playthrough in the game.
Tier 2 chips are the ones used from PAs so they tend to have samey codes to make PAs easier to make.
Tier 3 chips are raw power, so their codes are more restrictive and none of them work from PAs.
>>717304392That's too many codes for a single chip, basically you will have to force yourself to get specific busting levels for each one.
The split should be
>1-4: Zenny>5-9: X code>10-S: Y CodeIf there's EX viruses
>1-4: Zenny>5-9: Y Code>10-S: Z Code
>>717304529>>717304651how bout you can just pick from any of the codes up to your busting level
>>717304514Copybots didn't exist so it's not like it really matters, she was probably just shoved onto a backup server / cold storage and held hostage until he decided to go with his Cybeast plan to take over the world.
>>717304392If you want to go that route, then an easier way would be to add a "Chip compressor" that takes 2 of the same chip and gives you a copy in the specific code.

>>717305258>you can select more chipsโฆ as long as theyโre the break attribute>sf3-style support card system but for chips>just star force selection rules>an additional resource that allows free selection of chipsCould be something.
>>717305417Because then you would only be able to use one chip a turn. And not like 4.
>>717305417Too much grinding, way more so than usual

>>7173054171: It's simply way too much shit to sort through if half of your library comes in like 18 different codes

>>717305417Because you will get bottle necked by the codes, so instead of blasting your entire chips on the enemy to send them to hell in one turn, you will have to pick 1 or maybe 2 per turn and the rest will be just you using the buster.
>>717305965Yeah I agree, that's why too many codes would break the game
at least SF has other restrictions aside from codes to prevent it from getting broken from the get-go.
>>717285429I played Megachud and it was kino. Some enemies are too gross even though they are funny.
>>717306042>5-fag is disingenuous and has to quote sentence fragments to make his argument.
>>717306042NTA I like 5 but he's right about the game's way to split chips through battles, BGMD, Liberation item panels and comp exclusive GMDs.
For every portal that you open you have to sweep through everything mentioned again to get different chips, including the comp GMDs. In other BNs sure you have to go back and grind stuff but you don't need to go back multiple times to each area or comp to do so. It's an issue that the game has if you want to go full completion, not even mentioning that there are version exclusive codes as well.
>>717288046I appreciate you posting these Megaman in-game jokes.
>>717295156cute ( . w . )
>>717306513Full completion is extreme. You mean all codes for all chips? Because if not, you do not have to do sweeps for GMDs, for example and liberation chips don't change based on level either. They're available immediately.
>>717306482I'm just summarizing and I didn't want to throw around any insults. Like, we both know you can easily make your folder before opening any gates and you can get v2 chips before that as well.

>>717307241Oh I like the chip hunt quest as well, don't get me wrong. If I get even further into the dungeon after I leave and the game pulls this shit again I'm skipping straight to BN2 sorry
>>717299424Turning on Buster Max when I do Libs, already did all of them on the original GBA, I got nothing to prove now.
>>717325569>Go find Higsby's guy>He tells me I need to find two more people >My patience is already long gone so I Google>Go to Ms Yuri in the schoolhouse area of Dentown that I didn't even know existed >Talk to her>She doesn't give me the chip>Look up a guide >"You need to be X level and have Y chips for her to-"Nope.
Welp! That's Battle Network 1 I guess! Started out really fun but a shame it fell apart so quickly in the end. Moving on to BN2 tomorrow! See you boys in another thread.
>>717322232Made a B/W Boomerang folder. I did not know Boomerangs didn't cause hit-stun until now. This is neat.
>>717320604>Reddit manNot even bothering to read the text
>>717325569>>717325939Battle Network is not your series if you get filtered this easily
>>717326839Yes Yes, your childhood game is good and has no flaws, must execute "GatekeepNewcomers.EXE", blah blah
It's 2025, anything you say has already been said on this website a million times.
>>717327103No, he's right. The thing that seems to be filtering you is the backtracking and arbitrarily jerking you around in the scenarios. The entire series has that as an aspect. If you thought the combat felt sluggish, if you thought the chip selection was bad, if you thought there wasn't enough customization, those are all problems that would be solved by the sequels, but your specific issue won't be so you'll likely just get mad again.
>>717327497Guess I should give up and play One Step From Eden, huh.
>>717327665One step from eden is shit and plays nothing like BN.
>>717279760 (OP)why can't we get more games with this combat system? it's perfect for a portable game but it's fun enough to have a place on console or PC
>>717299335if you can't answer this in 2025, the games taught you nothing
I feel like replayed Battle Network.
What's the best way to get into this these days? I used to play on a gba emulator
>>717329664GBA Emulator or Legacy Collection. Though as others have said in the threads play OSS in place of 1 if you're going for emulation.
>>717329241MMBN itself has exhausted the battle system. There's nothing more you can do with it.
>>717330093I think after 20 years another game can be made in the system even if its nothing too unique.
>>717325939>i donโt like backtracking!!!!!!!!Donโt even bother with mmbn series or mmsf its just not for you
>>717325939How did you even get this far in the game without hating it?
>>717307453i mean that's not really a sequel
i'm purely talking about direct sequels
you can play any mainline Final Fantasy in whatever order you want, but say something like X and X-2, you play X first then X-2
how are you going to follow the story if you just jump around?
>>717299659Is it better than the broken GC one? Because even from the first cutscene on GC all the subtitles are timed wrong.
>>717329767Is oss so different?
WHAT IS THIS ELECMAN STAGE INVISIBLE TILES BULLSHIT AAAAAAA WHO PASSED THE QA ON THIIISSS
>>717333082Not that it's different, just better. It incorporates QoL changes made to later installments into the first game, which even I have to admit is primitive.
