Probably HF. The only real issue with it is that he'll have to give up on his dream, but he already did when he chose Sakura anyways.
UBW is pretty good too, since he gets to study in the Clocktower with his gf and keep his powers. Only issue is that Sakura will probably die young, but he isn't that close to her in this route, so maybe it won't be too bad.
Fate is the worst one. Not only does he get to obsess over someone he won't get to see again for god-knows how long, he's also fated watch Illya and Sakura die.
Of course, the ACTUAL best outcome is the one in the Illya Route, but Nasu is a hack so we'll never get to see it

Zelretch has been sitting on the toilet for a thousand years watching every single possible facet of existence happen in alternate dimensions and timelines. Not only are all three good endings canon, so are all of the bad ends.
The only deviation is in Moon Cell which creates observation points and culls unacceptable timelines, but hilariously enough, the Moon Cell doesn't exist in any Tsukihime-relevant timeline.
