Objective Top 3 Zeldas
1. Majora's Mask. Simply put, Majora's Mask is a black hole. Dark, heavy, inescapable, Majora is Zelda's full artistic potential. Take OOT's solid gameplay, flip the formula on its head with a constant timer, and make everyone face death square in its crater-filled face. Perfect game.

2. Breath of The Wild. Yes it's not a Zelda game but it's objectively the most fluid, fun to play, and rewarding game in the series. When it's at its peak, botw makes you feel the freedom of life found only in Nature. When the world is moving and alive ever so weightless and perfectly imperfect. Unfortunately it can lull once the novelty gets stale and you realize it's literally just shrines.

3. Wind Waker. Arguably the most soulful game in the series with genius art direction that feels like a child's rose-tinted dream. Sailing is tranquil and meditative, hopping from island to island is a one-of-a-kind experience found nowhere else. It's dungeons are okay and it's way too easy, but overall it's by far the most charming game I've ever played.

Tears of the Kingdom S2 edition makes the entire rest of the series obsolete. It is sublime. No other Zelda game is necessary to play anymore, I'm going to just keep replaying TotK

Because the collective consciousness is yearning for adventure and intrigue presented in an aesthetic way.
