Peach but Daisy is a very close second. I love the Galaxy games but Rosalina has never done anything for me. Pauline in DK Bananza is GOATed but I still like Peach and Daisy a lot more than Pauline in general.

Toadette for a while was just "Girl Toad", but Nintendo has turned her into this very competent leader type character who's actually consistently helpful which is refreshing to see in a Mario universe where pretty much everyone except Mario and Luigi is incompetent.
There's also the memes about Toadette being a capitalist and the DEEPEST LORE about her secretly being best friends with Wario and cooking up jew schemes with him.
