The video is about Koreans literally going extinction mode. Their birthrates are way too low and their society has developed into such a state that young people don't want to have children and old people are too greedy to give up their piles of money to make things better for young people. Everyone is living for themselves and not thinking about the future.
They're looking at a massive old people segment with not enough young people to take care of them or run the society they left behind. Old people without money will die alone, not being able to get care. Housing market will collapse as there won't be new people to rent or buy homes. Schooling system will collapse as there aren't new kids to teach. Companies won't be able to find new employees and they won't have people to sell their products to. It's likely entire cities will be abandoned because it will be easier to live where there's more people.
And of course if the population plummets far enough they won't be able to defend their borders and foreign powers will invade.
Btw Japan and many European countries are looking similar. The difference in Europe is that they're importing shitskins to replace white Europeans. Which I'm sure will go great.
