Redesign is maximum sovl tho, it accurately depicts the military uniform trait decided by anons in 2ch during the initial shitpost thread of inventing a fake vocaloid.
The idea didn't end up in the first iteration of her design because they didn't know how to incorporate that while also making her look like she's bootleg Hatsune Miku, but it's nice that they managed to redesign her in a way that's accurate to her original bio for the 15th anniversary.
