Let me explain some things, anon.
So the stat you have in the basic attributes and strategy changes how much certain stats affect your horse.
The track type dictates how much power your Uma has access to on that track type.
The Distances dictate how much speed your Uma can have.
An A rank means your uma has 100% of their stats in effect. B is 90%, and so on down to E, where you only get 10% of your stat.
So basically without any inspirations, your Urara, on a long turf track, has 54 speed and 42 power.
