Generally that they aren't actually evil and are just dominatrixes who have soldiers or whatever do any of the evil. There are few genuinely evil female characters I can think of. Like serial killer tier shit. Instead it is all "THE DARK QUEEN OF ABAGEEN ORDERED HER ARMY TO GENOCIDE THE ELVES" aka never got her hands dirty.
