If I was retarded and released some pokemon is there a way to tell which ones i don't actually have in my box aside from doing it all manually? I started Violet and like a retard tried to do some challenge run where if one of my pokemon feinted I released it and I changed my mind so now I'm re-capturing everything I release but now i have to check my box and see if i actually have one of the mons when I find them. Pokedex says I have 50 "caught" but I only have 43 in my box so I'm missing 7.
