It had soul. Was a great early real time 3D conversion of RPGs, full of content, expansive. NV was just faggoted frankly as all avellone slop is.

I found myself enjoying the main quest all the way until the enclave showed up. It's like the two parts were written by different people.

Unironically true. It was that perfect storm of ambition, jank, and 2000s edge. Blew our 360s up and we loved every second of it. Everything after has been either a watered-down theme park or soulless checklist simulator.
