Miniled gives you all the benifits of OLED but no burn in ever.
When MicroLED actually happens OLED will be a thing of the past, no burn in and very accurate colours and blacks.

then to reduce blooming you need to use VA for higher contrast ratio, but vas tend to have slower pixel response times. Its unknown if fast va panels even exist in handheld form factors.
Then the miniled zones have a lag to them which can hurt gaming perf.

Oled meanwhile has pixel perfect lighting and 0.1 ms pixel response times and no issues for HDR

Burn-in is largely a non-issue for newer OLEDs. Honestly I can’t go back to IPS after OLED. Heck even high tier TN is better than shit IPS.
